Are you a counselor or therapist seeking a dedicated space to process the unique complexities of your professional life, remember your foundational strengths, and ground yourself in your purpose for doing this work?

You pour your energy and empathy into supporting others, sitting with them in their struggles, and navigating challenging ethical and relational dynamics. This work is demanding, but it is also profoundly meaningful. In order for us to continue showing up fully for our clients, we must first show up for ourselves. This is a group where you will be truly understood by peers who walk the same path, as well as a facilitator that has dedicated the past 15 years to both practicing as a counselor and training/supervising future counselors/therapists.

This is not clinical supervision. This is a secure, peer-supported environment focused on the experiential and emotional reality of being a therapist/counselor, where we will process the impact this work has on you as a whole person.

In this group, we will collectively explore and process themes such as:

  • Reconnecting with Purpose: Reflecting on the original motivation and values that drew you to this essential work.

  • Capitalizing on Strengths: Identifying, celebrating, and intentionally applying the unique gifts and successful strategies you bring to your personal and professional lives

  • Vicarious Trauma & Compassion Fatigue: Acknowledging the emotional residue left by bearing witness to suffering and processing its impact on your well-being

  • Boundary Management & Self-Care: Discussing the challenges of maintaining professional and personal boundaries to ensure sustainable practice.

  • Ethical & Moral Distress: Processing the impact of complex clinical decisions with those who empathize deeply.

  • Transference/Countertransference Reactions: Deeper personal processing of the emotional impact of client relationships.

What to Expect:

  • Confidentiality & Non-Judgment: A strictly enforced, safe container that will be built on trust and mutual respect.

  • Expert Facilitation: Led by a counselor and counselor educator that has been training and supporting therapists' personal and professional growth for 15 years

  • Authentic Understanding: An opportunity to connect with peers who don't just hear you, but truly understand the weight, the triumphs, and the potential isolation of this vital career.

  • Renewed Resilience: Leave each session feeling less alone, more grounded, and professionally revitalized- ready to lean back into your strengths and purpose!

Your work is vital. Your purpose is essential.

Your well-being is non-negotiable.
